A New Fitness Club Open At Palladium

For all those meals you tuck in at Palldium, there is a new tenant who will make sure you work off that dessert. #ThighsBeforePies

Lunge for membership at Fitness First, a premium fitness club that occupies 10,000 square feet at Palladium Mall at High Street Phoenix. Now Open!

This “club” promises seven work out areas, with a studio called Zone13, which will offer their trademark F Series Workouts (FIIT, FAST, FLOW) that are designed to maximise fat burn, boost metabolism, improve posture and “chisel your core”. We’ll take one of each, please!

If you spin, grin for the Cycling Room, where you can sign up for freestyle cycling programs; and later at the Athletic Performance Zone, you can have your heart rate monitored in real time to help you achieve peak performance.

In addition to these, there are also zones dedicated to Free Weights; Cardio (tricked out with treadmills, bikes and rowing machines); les-mills based classes for groups; and Kinesis that will allow users to perform simple and advanced movements in a safe environment.

By now it goes without saying that all the equipment at Fitness First is state-of-the-art (from TechnoGym, Italy) and the trainers have the expertise and skills to “support, motivate and entertain you to get into the best shape of your life”.

So get ready to put the pie down and walk the plank. Watch the video below for a sneak peek tour of Fitness First Palladium.
